Before we could get the car back tothem they closed their doors, fired their staff and effectively went out ofbusiness starting a 4+ year effort to return the car and collect unpaid bills. During this 4+ year period fisker filed for bankruptcy, was purchased by thewanxiang group of china, and a fisker bankruptcy trust created to deal with thedebtors. After 4+ years we were able to get letters from the legal counsel ofboth wanxiang karma and the fisker bankruptcy trust releasing all ownershiprights of the vehicle to my business. Hencethis is the only fisker karma never sold and is now in the public domain with aclear title. The car is very quiet. Theremay be other pre-production parts in the vehicle but without dismantling it andcomparing it to another vehicle it is difficult to tell.
